Coverage
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Urban Armor website. We are committed to delivering your safety equipment quickly, reliably, and in perfect condition. Please read the following carefully.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday during business hours (9:00am – 6:00pm PKT).
- Orders placed before 1:00pm PKT on business days are dispatched the same day from our Islamabad warehouse.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm PKT, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes
- Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 1–2 business days.
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan): 2–3 business days.
- Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days.
- Remote or rural locations: 4–7 business days. We will notify you if additional time is required.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders of Rs. 5,000 and above.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.
- Bulk and corporate orders: shipping is quoted separately based on weight, volume, and destination.
- For urgent same-day or next-day delivery, additional charges may apply — contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
- For deliveries to construction sites, industrial facilities, or non-standard addresses, please include clear delivery instructions at checkout.
- We currently do not ship internationally. For export enquiries, please contact us directly.
Important Notes
- Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
- For large or bulk orders, a customer representative may contact you to confirm details before dispatch.
- Urban Armor partners with reliable courier services. Once dispatched, the delivery is the courier's responsibility; however, we will assist in resolving any issues.
